Connect or Reconnect

M2 CPA Bookkeeping — QuickBooks Online Integration

M2 CPA Bookkeeping is a private application for M2 CPA, LLC and its authorized clients. If you
have engaged M2 CPA and want to connect (or reconnect) your QuickBooks Online company, follow the
steps below.

How to connect

1. Confirm with your M2 CPA contact that your engagement covers bookkeeping services.
2. M2 CPA will send you a secure Intuit authorization link, or initiate the connection with you.
3. Sign in to QuickBooks Online and approve the Accounting access request from
   the M2 CPA Bookkeeping application.
4. Once you approve, the connection is active and M2 CPA can begin bookkeeping on your behalf.

Reconnecting

If access expires or was previously disconnected, repeat the steps above using a fresh
authorization link from M2 CPA. Reconnecting restores access without affecting your existing
QuickBooks data.
