Contact
Tell us what is coming due.
The most useful first conversation is a specific one. If you bring the details below, we can usually tell you where you stand and what is realistic on your timeline before the call ends.
- First call is free
- Usually same or next business day
- Remote, nationwide
What to have ready
None of this is required to book, but the more of it you bring, the more useful the call is.
- Your CAGE code or UEI, if you are a registered federal contractor.
- What contract types you hold or are pursuing: firm-fixed-price, cost-reimbursable, T&M, or you are not there yet.
- What accounting system you run: QuickBooks Online or Desktop, Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, Sage, or something else.
- What is driving this and when it is due. A pre-award survey, an audit notification, an incurred cost deadline, a solicitation, or a tax question. Include the date.
- Roughly how many employees and whether you run payroll in-house.
- If you are a small business rather than a contractor, your most recent business tax return tells us more in ten minutes than an hour of conversation.
Selling something?
Please do not use this booking page. Vendor, partnership, and recruiting outreach sent through this scheduler is deleted without a reply, and it takes a slot from someone with a deadline. Send it by email instead and it will be read when there is time.
Book a call
Pick a time that suits you. If nothing fits, or your deadline is inside a few days, say so in the booking notes and we will work something out.
Other ways to reach us
By phone
(775) 391-6255 during US business hours. If we are with a client, leave a message with your deadline and we will call back.
By email
info@m2cpa.com. Put the deadline in the subject line if you have one, and we will triage accordingly.
Where we work
Remotely, with federal contractors and small businesses nationwide. Federal compliance requirements do not change by state.
Response time
Same or next business day in almost all cases. If you have an audit or submission deadline inside two weeks, say so and we will prioritize it.
